Rubber Vulcanization Accelerator TBBS (NS)

Properties: white or light yellow powder, granular. Relative density 1.26-1.32. Soluble in benzene, dichloromethane, carbontetrachioride, ethyl acetate, acetone, ethanol, soluble in gasoline, insoluble in water, dilute acid, dilute alkal solution.

Application: NS is a alterefect accelerant for vulicanization, with short vulcanization time, excellent scorch resistance and safeprocessing. Widely used in al kinds of rubber products and tires, especially radial tire processing. It has the advantages of high speed after effect.

Packaging: 25kg plastic woven bags, paper plastic composite bags, kraft paper bags, or container plastic woven bags.

Storage: it should be stored in a cool, dry and well ventilated place. The packaged products shall be protected from directsunlight, and overlapping stacking will cause abnormal compression or particle breakage of the products. High humidity orhigh temperature will cause product decomposition. Valid for one year.

Note: This product can be made into superfine powder according to customer's requirements.
