Rubber Antioxidant 6PPD (4020)

Properties: Gray-purple to purple-brown granular solid, relative densily 0.986-1.00. Soluble in benzene, Acetone, Ethy AcetateDichloroethane and toluene, slightly soluble in ether, insoluble in water. Flexible, strong ozone and oxidation resistance, whichgives rubber excellent high temperature fatigue and yield resistance.

Application: The application scope includes pneumatic tire parts, solid tire, conveyor belt, rubber tube, cable, automobile buferbracket, rubber movable joint and general rubber industrial products, all of which areContinuous or intermittent dynamic wor-king state requires ozone protection.

Packing: 20kg or 25kg.

Storage: it should be stored in a cool and dry place with good ventilation. The packaged products should be protected fromdirect sunlight.
