Rubber Scorch Retarder CTP(PVI)

Properties: white crystal material (particle). Specific gravity 1.25-1.35. Soluble in acetone, benzene, toluene, ether, ethylacetate, carbon tetrachloride, hot alcohol, slightly soluble in gasoline, insoluble in kerosene and water.

Usage: This product is a very effective anti scorch agent. it has good anti Scorch effect on all kinds of sulfur vulcanized dieneand low unsaturation rubber, such as natural rubber, styrene butadiene rubber, nitrile butadiene rubber, buty rubber.chloroprene rubber, isoamy! rubber, polybutadiene rubber, EPDM rubber, etc, and its acivity is not affected when it is usedwith other rubber additives. No foaming, pollution and other adverse side effects. t can greatly improve the storage stability olrubber and prevent natural vulcanization during storage. Compared with the former anti coking agent, the effect is better andthe dosage is less.

Storage: store in a cool, dry and well ventilated place. The packaged products shall be protected from direct sunlight for oneyearade into superfine powder according to customer's requirements.
